Accidentally abandoned the Frost Mage artifact quest “Memories of Ebonchill” and can’t get it back from the quest giver, it’s no longer available.

I’m in the exact same boat. The Quest was bugged to begin with, the people you needed to click and talk to in Dalaran were not visible at all. I abandoned the quest so that I could re-take it and now is gone for me too. How are we even supposed to get the hidden appearance for this weapon?
No idea, this is annoying as hell. Apparently a lot of the artifact quests are bugged like this so hopefully they have a fix soon.
Interesting I just logged on and Meryl Felstorm was in Dal and offered me the Quest Growing Power. But nothing else after that.
