Also confirming worthless. Better to get haste vers pieces in stead of the tier pieces that have crit.

They should rework it to increase glacial spike and ray of frost dmg, mmhm… Yep.

blizzard didn’t want to bother attempting to balance sets they just slapped a 50% on every tier bonus and called it good sum 4sets are good sum are omega trash
