If you look at Hearthstone we also have a shadow priest Anduin, so its possible he can be corrupted by the old gods and go nutz and Jiana can become the new Lich King before the expansion is over.

Jaina hiring mercenaries and ordered them to burn the ships of kultiras and said “quickly my warriors, these murderous creatures have robbed you of your way home, slay them all in the name of kul’tiras!.” Uther Lightbringer defending Dalaran with his life from frost lich jaina and die the same way sarah kerrigan killed fenix, kills archmage antonidas for the urn (who in alternate universe held Daelin Proudmoore’s Ashes) the same way arthas did to uther
That’s such a weird, twisted question it’s not really possible to answer. There’s no connection between those hypothetical elements. If things had been so utterly different then BfA could look like anything. Likely not BfA at all. Possibly no WoW at all. It could possibly have changed the real world entirely as innumerable people who have poured hours/weeks/years into WoW would have been doing other things, affecting the world in any number of ways. Maybe some of those people would have gone on to cure diseases, or get into politics. We just don’t know!

Lich Queen Admiral of the Kvaldir. She gets the sea with the undead and Arthas conquers the land. BFA would’nt happen. Maybe Taelia would be center stage more instead of Jaina if it did.

or what if made an expansion like wod where we go back in time to stop arthas and convince him to not wield frostmourne and etc, but instead jaina proudmoore did in that expansion and died etc became frost lich jaina baam! wod style expansion

There is a Legends: Nightmares comic where Jaina became Lich Queen. Something about touching Frostmourne before Arthas.
But my understanding is those comics are similar to Marvel’s “what if…” comics. In fact, there is a Marvel X-Men “What if… Professor X became the Juggernaut” (I don’t remember the exact title) where Charles and his brother were fighting in the war and went into the cave where they found the Juggernaut relic, but instead of Charles’ brother touching it, Charles ended up touching it trying to save his brother from a cave-in, so Charles became the Juggernaut instead, in addition to his own mutant powers. Sounds a bit similar to the Legends: Nightmares.
Anyways… it’s hard to speculate how things would have played out if Jaina had become Lich Queen. I’d say first we’d have to agree on when exactly it happened. Are we talking… instead of Bolvir, during WotLK content? Or are we talking instead of Arthas, long before that? Soo much more history to sort out…
Honestly it doesn’t make much sense for Jaina to become Lich Queen. She’s too invested in current things to just walk away. But what does make a lot more sense is if Sylvannas were to become Lich Queen. On that note…
Let’s fast forward to present and speculate on the future. Currently Taelia is a somewhat important character in the BFA story lines, and we find out she is the current Lich King’s daughter.
Meanwhile, we’ve got Sylvannas who is some kind of off-brand Lich Queen wannabe, trying to increase her ability to bolster her undead ranks. In Legion, she lost the lamp to enslave Elyr, thanks to Genn. And in Darkshore warfront scenario, she lost another Val’Kir because of Tyrande and Malfurion. So now she’s down to like… one? So now she has very little ability to raise more undead, and not only that, that’s basically her last “life,” since a Val’Kir has to sacrifice itself to rezz Sylvannas whenever she dies every other patch (hyperbole folks, sit back down).
So I’ve been thinking… maybe Sylvannas kidnaps Taelia and tells the Lich King to cough up the crown or else she’s gonna off Taelia, or worse, off her + raise her into her own ranks. And maybe that succeeds, and we get a WotLQ expansion out of it.
Sylvannas remains a thing to appease the fanbois and fangurlz, But she is definitely no longer part of the Horde anymore, so someone else steps up to lead, appeasing the level headed Horde who haven’t forgotten that the Horde isn’t supposed to be an evil faction. Maybe we even see a 3rd faction introduced out of this (under Lich Queen Sylvannas’ command), for the players who for some disturbing reason desperately want to be full on evil baddies.
Of course, the expansion would have to end with Sylvannas being defeated. She actively wants the whole world to burn and die and be undead. So there’s no way she’s going to be another Bolvir keeping things in check. So, someone else will have to take up the crown when Sylvannas is defeated. Someone who is willing to be Bolvir 2.0. And it would be fitting if that someone were Taelia, since she is literally Bolvir 2.0, being his daughter and all.
Maybe during the expansion she marries Anduin and squeezes out an heir for him before the Finale. Yeah, the boring but reasonable choice was made. But this gives Taelia all the more reason to want to take up the burden of Lich Queen, since she feels all the more responsible as an official leader over others (being Anduin’s wife, and queen of Stormwind), in addition to feeling some kind of responsibility being the previous Lich King’s daughter and all, because people weirdly feel responsibility over stuff like that.
Taelia has to dice out to go sit on the frozen throne, so now Anduin can effectively be single but unavailable again, yet have an heir, so that solves that problem.

Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm already took both the Frost Lich Jaina and Dreadlord Jaina.

The banshee plot point was instead moved to Sylvanas Windrunner.”

Jaina would have died in ICC if she was swooned by arthas. i dont know who would replace her as a boss or a main antagonist/protagonist for bfa. maybe that waycrest lady?

I think there disire for arthas was the ease of accsses a prince has before stuff hits the fan. If they go with jaina she couldnt really return to her home of kultiris but maybe stormwind?

Somehow frost lich jaina knows where to go to silvermoon through Kael’thas sunstrider, appears to be stopping frost lich jaina and tries to but frost lich jaina kills him and makes him undead etc, and eventually lord of the forsaken, etc yeah
