I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this bug. But it was very noticeable during prog on Tundral especially at the very start of the encounter. Doing the opener of Frost bolt, Flurry, Ice lance x2 , should give a minimum of 4 icicles. Yet it was quite frequent (roughly 1/4th of the pulls) it would only generate 3 icicles. All visuals showed three; the buff, the ones above the head, etc. And I would have to do a Frost bolt into flurry to get GS to light up. Has anyone else had this happen.
