Frost GCD changes!

As long as my melee attacks aren’t utterly pathetic anymore, 2H being ST “oriented” isn’t the biggest deal, so long as Rime and RW aren’t bad, which they seem to be when I test them.

I recently started gearing my Rogue and at item level 372, Envenom is critting for 43k. No burst. No buffs. Nothing.

At 466 item level, my DK’s Obliterate, with Rune of the Fallen Crusader, Pillar of Frost, Icy Citadel, Frostwhelp’s Indignation, max Rune of Razor Ice stacks, and DRACONIC EMPOWERMENT, CRITS for 42k. Frost Strike crits for 55k. Rime crits for 60k. And all the while, after I’ve smashed my target with 100% uptime of Icy Citadel/Pillar of Frost, my top damage is Frost Fever. I just… don’t get the vision for this spec.

It sounds like you like the weapon not the spec. You are upset that you can’t use the weapon you want now?

Where do you get that? Because I want to open the spec up and not limit things to weapons?

Obl gets better damage after 50 while envom stays. I think at max it will for sure hit way harder.

This is an actual poor way of judging damage.

If you want huge crits, play Retribution. Those 150k+ Templar’s Verdict will soothe your soul. Too bad the spec is wheelchair for about everything else.
