Frost DK stats Haste vs Critical priority?

I’m relatively new to the DK … leveled up one to 60 recently and I’m now getting into the endgame of Shadowlands.

I’m wondering if Haste should be preferred over Critical Strike is you are more PVE, and the reverse if you are more PVP?

According to recent guide on icy veins, the stats priority are this:

  • For PVE
    1 Mastery
    2 Critical Strike
    3 Haste.
    4 Versatility
