Its not tho, They specificly state where its happening, as it also happens in Elwynn because of the training dummys in Northshire, they build up there on the low lvl training dummys and fly over to goldshire and blow up in groups of people for hrs at a time. its not fixed.
Ah, I thought it was the old exploit of having it last for a crazy amount of time.

Can also do it with rogue and attacking a critter lol
