I never read anything on it, but am I supposed to macro ERW with BoS? That’s what I’ve been doing and it works great. It immediately frees up 3 runes so I can start spamming Obl as my RP decays. 
I think that’s fine but the common usage is to use BoS with PoF.
How did you do that when ERW is on the gcd? Can you post the macro?
Breath isn’t on the GCD, which is why it works.

Yes it’s me! That macro should work yes. Don’t forget to put /use !Breath of Sindragosa so that you don’t accidentally cancel it.

Both spells have a 2 min CD and my UI shows the BoS icon with the ERW CD when both are off CD, otherwise it shows which CD is going to take longer so that I can pop them both at the same time. Custom Lua code.
