I was once a Blood Guard back in Classic but It was a real struggle to get the rank back and I’ve only even gotten to Sgt in the new system thanks to a core group of old friends who don’t even play anymore, atleast not on WRA.
But Im looking forward to trying to get to HWL.

Not sure Kiethoo understands the Council has decided there needs to be less orc high warlords since they keep starting and supporting genocidal wars that don’t actually help anyone.
First act as HWL of Barrens will be to build a new Bridge over the Southfury River complete with 3 Towers and a small Garrison Keep.
And we are going to make the Alliance Pay for it.

As for my dear friend TOPSAIL, you wouldn’t have time to be HWL of the Barrens what with me placing you incharge of Rachet, developing it into the main Trade Port of the entire section of Central Kalimdor and having you start levying all the appropriate Taxes and Fees you see fit, especially on all those Tariffs were going to be putting on all those Pandarian Goods, I want you Topsail to win our Trade War against Pandaria.
Side Note:
When playing the CK3 Mod for WOW GOA2, if your playing as Early Orgrimmar or the Tauren tribes, you really can feel just how bad it is with the Centaur Clans, Quillboar, Harpys, running amok all over the barrens and mulgore, trying to build a stable society while constantly getting raided by them.
Which is why I usually just put them all to death when I take any prisoner.
