Good afternoon, I have a problem with the mission “the power of primus” in maldraxxus, I have made the switch covenant today with my Warlock named Ulthar and at the time of completing the chain of missions to follow the progress, I have not I was able to access my soulbond due to the failure to complete that mission, I would like to know if there is something wrong or is it an error in the game. Looks like the only solution is to put in a ticket and hope that you eventually get an answer from a GM that knows how to fix it for you.
