Anyone seen this issue?
Frigid Grasp works on Squallshaper Mantle when it is on the outter most ring.
But on Shadra Silk Mantle it doesn’t work on the 2nd ring.
Very annoying, and I filed a bug, but just curious if I am the only one seeing that issue.
