If you, like me, are grinding DF rep while the buff is up, the warmode WQ have some rep bonuses that can get you across this finish line more quickly. I completely forgot and tripped over a PVP quest in the cobalt assembly.
Went to valdrakken, turned on WM, and got the final quest I needed to complete Valdrakken Accord. Happy hunting!
