Do you mean your relic? They were removed a few expansions ago for some reason.
I assume you’re talking about your PvP trinket which throughout Legion and BFA had been passive, and not required to actually equip due to the honor talent system. Those trinkets have since been removed, and are no longer something you get for free. Instead, you must buy traditional trinkets for crowd control breaking from a PvP vendor located near the Enclave in Oribos.
