I am not sure about pure fresh the only way that might work is if they do cata it bombs and they just do a fresh wrath and people are just mildly annoyed.

I hope there is a Fresh Wrath Era or TBC Era in general. I would love to play a Blood Elf Paladin and Draenei during the TBC Eras of the old World.
Tbc era would be hype fresh server
