Fresh Servers after massive exploit is fixed?

There needs to be new servers launched after the exploit is fixed. If it’s worth re-rolling to me I’m sure it is to others. I don’t want to play on a server where this took (is taking) place. It’s compromised for it’s entire existence. Start new ones and merge the cheaters if you have to.

Yep I will literally re roll don’t care about time investment. I want the authentic experience as I remembered it in vanilla 2005-2006 not with unbelievably rare items flooding the AH of my server and costing only 1/1000 of their vanilla prices… No thank you blizzard!

In fact blizzard should re release new servers WITH NO DAMN LAYERING AT ALL!

Yes, release real Classic servers with no fing layering!

Forget the fix, just release servers where we don’t need fixes becaus there is no layering.

Agree.

And block transfers to them.

People won’t reroll or transfer as it is. What would make Blizzard believe people would do it now?

I think you believe this exploit is going to cause more damage than it really does. Specially since Blizzard knows the offending parties

100% support this Blizz. Show you have some character and give us NEW servers without layering.

Yes they would.

Proof is in the puddiing. People don’t move to “dead servers”. They may feign outrage on the forums but when it comes time to actually move. Nope.

110% support. I’ll reroll instantly.

There wasn’t NEARLY enough damage done to justify them opening new servers at all.

Get over it.

Layering as a whole has done more damage to this game than anything ever has, bar Blizzard themselves.

Stop blaming layering for issues that have 0 to do with it.
The problem is RAID IDs are not working correctly not layering.
The dungeon groups would still be there even if everyone was on the same layer. The only real issue I’ve seen posted was that MC was able to be cleared more than once in a lock out which is an issue with RAID IDs not working properly and has 0 to do with layering.

Raid IDs are not working correctly across layers, you mean. Which has everything to do with layering. Imagine running your mouth off about things you don’t even understand to shill for a billion dollar company that doesn’t even pay you. Cringe incarnate.

The issue is the RAID IDs not layering. The RAID ID should never change no matter what. Ignore the layering part, even if it was just two MC groups and this happened the issue would still be with the RAID ID, fix the RAID ID you fix the exploit, removing layering does not necessarily mean that this would still not be possible another way. By focusing on layering (much like the fearmongering streamers that are using it to get views) you are taking attention away from the actual issue which is RAID IDs.

Across layers. Just stop kid, sell it to someone that’s buying.

A bigger problem than a group being able to run a raid twice in a week was the fact that they managed to farm the last bosses of certain dungeons hundreds of times.

I don’t care if it’s across galaxies , the point is that if you fix RAID ID you fix the issue without taking away the good that layering allows.
Take your head out of the sand and actually look at this critically.
Layering is what is allowing many to be able to level right now and get to max level so keeping it is important.
RAID IDs being broken and being able to be changed (no matter the circumstances) is an issue that needs to be addressed by Blizzard quickly.
Fearmongering and blaming everything on layering is not the way to get things fixed. This is a RAID ID exploit not a layering exploit.

Layering allows nothing good, layering is the absence of good. Good would be unlayered servers. My head is entirely free of the sand and I think plenty critically. I think very critically of you and your cringe posts, for instance. Stop making them, they’re terrible. Like layering.

Nobody in the community takes your posts seriously. You were running around calling the layering issues “Fake News.”

You literally attacked anyone over the layering issues we all knew were real. Have some self respect, and go talk about something you actually know about.

Which has 0 to do with layering, dungeons don’t have unique IDs, I think my record was around 50 SM runs in a single day. People will run the dungeons and over and over and over again if they are looking for a specific item.
