Classic with the max to 60-70 with cata talents,but in the cata world without flying mounts or any existing expansion, sure would be a big undertaking taking out any reference to older expansion and balancing the world but I think this could be a really cool idea. Personally I’ve never even leveled in the cata world revamp due to boosting being available at this time.
Good news! You’ll be able to level in the Cataclysm zones come Cataclysm! (They really should make some fresh servers for exactly this reason)

Even though they did this in the past and had to later make transfers available due to reduced population, I believe many players would still be fine with that. Why not provide that option?
As to opie’s original request for a fresh with a different world build even if for the next seasonal server, I’d not be interested as I’ve almost zero want for anything Cataclysm-related.
