I am not sure who writes that wowhead article, but there is no announcement about the fresh era in China.
It is confirmed that china will have restored character from 2 years ago for the era server, but there is no confirmed source of ‘fresh’ era will be launched at the same time (even though it’s likely). And the entire Chinese community is also asking the same question whether they would get a fresh era besides the old characters.
