Frequent Disconnets and Crashing of WoW on laptop

Hello!

I have tried everything from the FAQ of trying to fix the issue of the game randomly freezing up and/or disconnecting with and without addons, retstart hardware etc etc.

I have posted my msinfo and my dxdiag here

Note I have no problems on my Home PC with WoW on the same Wifi

MSINFO Note- was too big so I removed all the lines after line 11 of error reporting as per the FAQ

Your graphics drivers is over 2 years old and your Intel audio service is reporting a number of crashes.

Try getting updated drivers direct from Intel.

Thanks I will download the updates and see what happens. Every time I went to check the updates Windows says the current driver is the best, but going to Intel I had tons of updates.

Nothing to update the Samsung updater said its all up-to-date and the intel scanner said the driver from 2020 had to be downloaded from Samsung
