Frequent dc only while zoning

When flying between zones or entering an instance, I keep getting DC’d. Started just today. I power cycled, flushed dns, deleted blizz cache, restarted a bunch and still no luck. I’m going to try to reinstall I guess. Any steps I’m missing? Everything else seems to work ok. Could it be Comcast (San Francisco)??

stable sub-30ms btw… let me know if any specs help… so frustrating

Go ahead and run a winMTR to the data center you play on so we can take a look at your co0nnection

  1. Download WinMTR
  2. Extract the contents of the .zip file to your desktop.
  3. Open the WinMTR folder, then open the folder that matches your version of Windows (32-bit or 64-bit) and run WinMTR.exe.
  4. Enter the IP address you want to test in the Host field. Select a game from the dropdown below for a list of IP addresses.
Note : If multiple IPs are listed, run a WinMTR test for each IP address.
  5. Click Start , then launch the game you’re testing. If no connection issue is found in the first 5 minutes, restart the test.
  6. When a connection error occurs, play for at least 5 more minutes, then click Stop in WinMTR.
  7. Click " Export Text " and save the .txt file to your desktop. Name this file WinMTR.
open the file above select all copy and past to this thread

This was me flying from shadowprey to org on Classic. Got just past Thunderbluff when I got DC’d with an error WOW51900319. I’ve been having some login issues as well - had to launch the blizz app twice, also connecting to game server was taking a while so I had to cancel and try a 2nd time there as well. (Note: I added spaces before each .net bc the forum won’t let me post “links”)

You’ve got 5% packet loss from the first hop.
Are you wired or wireless?
Can you change bands? Try a cord or a different cord?

You have packet loss starting at your modem/router. Check all of your connections. As Zungar stated if you are wireless try a wired connection.

Thanks will mess with that - wired connection

Can you check mine please?
