Frequent crashes while playing WoW

Hi All,

Have been having frequent crashes that have only occurred while playing WoW the last couple of weeks, I do not have a intel 13/14 gen CPU. The sound will continue to play (e.g. spotify/youtube/discord) however nothing registers in game from keyboard/mouse inputs and friends say my toon stops moving.

This started out of nowhere and the PC itself is pretty new, any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.

DxDiag paste below.

One of the pieces of hardware in a PCI slot is reporting crashes (likely the GPU):

Problem signature:
P1: 124
P2: 4

GPU driver also crashing, and I noticed it’s from early December:

Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: 141

Driver Date/Size: 3/12/2024 10:00:00 AM, 814784 bytes

Microsoft says, this error (below) is “caused by faulty driver code that under certain conditions, does not complete its work within the allotted time frame.”

Event Name: BlueScreen
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: 133
P2: 1

Update the GPU driver to one that is more current. Remove hardware acceleration from other apps. Make more space on your D drive for better performance (all drives should have 15% free space to operate normally).

If these steps don’t help, I recommend reaching out to whichever company built the machine.
