I’m not really looking for a fix as the crashes only happen at login or when turning on the controller. I can still play uninterrupted until I switch characters or sometimes when I come back from stepping away and my wireless controller needs to be powered on.
I can replicate the issue by changing some of the controller settings specifically the button used for CTRL/SHIFT. Though, the game would still crash even if I don’t change any of these settings (but I suspect during gamepad start/end events?)
The crashes started after I enable contoller support (/console GamePadEnable 1). I’ve tried with no addons and after deleting the WTF folder (re-enabling controller support). I alternate between a PS5 controller (wired) and a Steam controller (wireless).
