Am I missing something with this trinket? Feels like it barely procs. Like, Bareeeelllllyyyy. I get it, the equip description specifically says “low chance to proc.” (They were not kidding, like disastrously low) other than the flat strength. why would anyone use it?
I typically run Vial and Dargrul but tried this one out for funsies since wowhead talked about it for Arms. Anyone else try out this trinket?

I got it on my hunter while fishing for survival drops and used it until i got fragment (got a 444 harlans in week one vault for the other spot). In MM, it actually proc’ed farely regularly, like once a minute, but the 2 dmg procs never amounted to more than 1.5% ish of my overall. However, it was the stat proc that actually seemed to have an extremely good uptime, and did make a bit of difference until i got the fragment.
It has a few different procs. One is a buff and the other two are damage. It might seem like it doesn’t proc but it’s not a bad trinket. Not the best but not bad.
Sim it and see if it is better or worse than what else you have.
