I’ve been gone a while, and I heard they were getting rid of/breaking/making unusable some combat addons. I updated everything before I logged in, but it said I had a lot of addons still causing errors. I shut off most addons that were combat related, but I left some Weak Auras on. One of those is Frenzy Tracker for my hunter, and it is causing some horrible noise to happen when I get frenzy rolling, and it pops up the error message. Is there a new version that I should import, or did they purposely break it?

I had to delete all my WA strings and then re-add them for same issues. The game cannot register the older codes, which is causing the errors.

If that doesn’t fix them can ask the bug issues forum. I however, have had no other issues after the clean reinstall.
For a lot of older weakauras if you open up WA menu itself there is an option to click on them and convert to new format.
Alternatively if you don’t care too much about them it is easier to nuke everything and just re-import essentials from the recent versions.
Well shoot, I did the nuke option lol. Didn’t know you could convert from there, and now I can’t find some of the exact WA’s I had lol. Oh well, it’s good to clean house once in a while.
