The use of the words “general timeline” and “approximately” implies that it’s not an exact timeframe.
2 expansions lines up with 4 years.
We can’t say for sure exactly what they meant with that post, however it’s just as silly to assume it’s “2 expansions” as it is to assume it’s “exactly 4 years” based just on that post alone. It could be either, or anything in between, or a fuzzy number that varies depending on other factors.
I don’t know why everyone is arguing over this. 4 years is in the general timeline of 2 expansions. 2 expansions is approximately 4 years.
It’s the same thing.
