A friend of mine was interested in wow classic but has never played any version so she created a battle net account and choose the free trail but then wow classic said a subscription is reguired at log in.
Is there not a free trial in tbc classic for new players?

WoW Classic is only available if you subscribe.
You can play Retail up to level… 20? And that’s without a subscription.

I play classic so she’s trying to play with me but isn’t sure if her laptop can handle the game.
It’s just a hand me down laptop lol
