My brother just bought TWW along with a 1 month sub, but it says his account is still consider free trial even though the game no longer advertise or says anything about buying a suscription (and even allows him to make a dracthyr which is not possible for free trial accounts) any help?
Free trial accounts can make both dracthyr as a race and evoker as a class. That said, it’s possible for the payment to take up to 24 hours to process.

You can have your brother read that article. If the trial status doesn’t clear up after 24hrs, there’s link in the article for opening a ticket for assistance.
