Free transfer for Hardcore DoomHowl realm not working?

is this a bug? trying to transfer a character from hardcore doomhowl to normal dreamscythe

Same issue here. Let’s you select Doomhowl HC server, let’s you select character, let’s you check the “TRANSFER REALM” checkbox, but the REAL NAME box doesn’t have a dropdown, just let’s you type (which is not how this usually works), but the CONTINUE button stays greyed out.

Assume it’s a bug as there are no errors or notifications that this service is temporarily suspended or not a feature anymore.

I made a ticket in game and was told to make a post here and report it as a bug

There is a blue post on this, I can’t post links but all HC transfers are disabled while they chase down a bug.

I read somewhere that there was a transfer glitch where it transferred you, but reset all your quests. They might have suspended XFERS while fixing that. Altho you think there’d be a msg in game or a blue post or something if that was the case.
