They’re never hidden.
Just go to the wow home page and search their character that way
They usually get really upset about it, it’s hilarious

You have to be able to pull up their profile on the forums to mute their posts.
Click on your portrait/ account/ preferences/ users and add them that way. It’s annoying, but still possible.

It shouldn’t be that hard to hide buffoons, but at least there’s a way to do it.
I copy/ paste their name and look for the picture that matches of the choices given.
You know you can manually type out the name to ignore people, right? And not everyone who hides there forum profiles do troll.

You have to enter their name manually is all at that rate
Click on portrait and open in a new window, server will be in the URL.

In his defense, if one has made me take the time to ignore them, I really wont be bothered by not ever seeing anything relating to them again.

Just put mute and perm-ignore buttons next to the flag button imo. Fewer clicks
