Every single day the game has been unavailable for play. I don’t care what the cause is. I care about what Blizzard is going to do to make it right to the customers.
You can start by reimbursing every player for a free month, because this is unacceptable. Paying customers should have access to the game. It’s been every freaking day this week.
Activision Blizzard profited $3.55 Billion dollars last year. You have absolutely no excuse to not take care of your customers.

Yup because if that’s the hour I can play, then I can’t play the game. It’s been an ongoing issue for much longer than a week, but it’s been every day this week and enough is enough.
I’m not paying the DDOS’ers, I’m paying the billion dollar company. I don’t care what the cause is, it’s their job to make it up to the customers.
“But it’s not their fault…” Sound like people defending airlines when you get delayed for 24 hours on a flight and told to suck it up. Nope, the airlines should be putting people up in hotels and giving them food vouchers. Just like Blizzard should be taking care of their responsibilities to their customers.
“But but it’s the DDOS’ers fault” Could not care less who did it or what the cause is over and over all week. Customer satisfaction is the responsibility of the company I pay.

While I get that stuff happens and luckily im usually at work when these issues happen, i really do not think its unreasonable to be a bit miffed from all the outages. 1 or 2 i can see it being unreasonable to be angry but we’re at like 6 or so 7 times this week arent we?
