Never said free; I’m saying open transfer available. Paid character services that players want and were around in original wotlk should be available. Blizzard is costing themselves money, players, and people are rightfully pissed.

Removing the restrictions won’t resolve the problem at this point. The only thing it will do is creating more Benedictions and Faerilans.
There is no good solution to this issue atm. That’s why I think the only solution is force transfer.
Made a level 1 on the fresh start server 20 of us started 12 made it to 80 none still playing. Tried to move character to Pagle where my other character is and Pagle was not accepting transfers. Guild I was in on Pagle had 550 members now has 2. Was fun playing classic for a bit but not going to do it again.

Um. This has to be just a straight up way to sell more faction changes. Because in no world will this aid in faction balancing those servers.

What a pathetic money grab attempt - realized that not enough people changed faction because of the proposition of having to pay for faction and then transfer because the other side of your realm is dead… not many people were willing to do that so their last resort is to offer free transfers between the 4 mega realms ??? Lmao hurry up collect your greed income and release race change that we know you’ve had all along holding out for the next wave of income

So what about servers that were locked and became unlocked, but still aren’t accepting PAID transfers? Grobbulus and probably other realms are suffering from population instability and our friends can’t transfer over, we would have to transfer our entire guild to a new realm to recruit. If its unlocked than unlock it please…

Love how they quitely opened realms for character creation but not transfers to players who have max level characters on them - AKA LET THE BOTS BACK IN AND IGNORE THE PLAYERS YOU PROMISED COMMUNITY ORIENTED DECISIONS FOR LOL … dont give me some crud about the coding this or that not knowing you have a max character… fix it multi million dollar small indie company

I’m on Pagle, a realm overwhelmingly alliance, and wish they’d give us faction changes rather than character transfers to balance out the servers (although pagle isnt in the list) just my two cents.

Such poor management of servers. So disrespectful to the player base.
People that spent money transfering or took the free transfers since WotLK Classic release should be contacted and given the option to relocate their characters for free.

This has to be the biggest April Fools Joke Blizzard has ever done. Hey 99% of the population we understand there is a terrible imbalance in the servers but good news, the two mega servers are getting a free transfer for .02% of the population. The rest of the servers can just go f*** themselves.
