You started a character transfer and it is taking 2 days? Can you elaborate more about it? A free transfer or paid? What step are you in the process?

if I’d wanted to switch my account I would had pay it a long ago sir ! I didnt want to. you guys forced me to. It was either paying a name change or get your free service to be able to login into my character and if I want an early acces on my account rather than wait APPROX time 2days I might just pay the service instahead lol
You don’t seem to understand what a DDOS is than, because nothing you have described is anything close to a DDOS. Like at all. You might want to seek help from a place that is in your native language because it seems that the language gap here is leading to huge misunderstanding as you don’t seem to be understanding the help that you are getting.

The Blue post didn’t tell you to quit, they did their job and suggested a work around to help you with the issue you were having. No where did they tel you to quit. However I don’t think anyone here has any idea of what your actual issue is.

getting log out is a thing, but getting hes pc totally freeze and shut down and then just close my wow page via task manager without it even open… idunno but I switched my vpn and my memory. Not that I dont trust blizzard, dont get me wrong ! but it kind of hard to me first to explain it in that language that im not going into all details , the point is I didnt never want to change my acc from realm ! this account is actually my smurf one on that specific server I wanted. wich get me disapointed at start to get forced hand to do so or pay a name change. now I am loosing several time of grinding my account into a forum that don’t help at all.

second of all the fact that I was unable to login at all at the end after waiting, then try to log in another account, even did go to my other btag account !!
I had two option to play a game I just spent 160$ USD on for the expension + sub.
I would had to pay another 12,50$ to change the name that I choose years ago and that I like or try that free service ? you right. I had the choice ! and I chose to try it even I knew I would had issues from now one I clicked to switch it.
I truely belive it when I told you that this morning I’d rather has telling myselff that for once things went like they supposed to with you guys… and that I be able to play the game I just grinded, subsribred and upgraded ! That for once my effort would had worth something into the game and even take a weekend of to enjoy ! rather than behing here rushing my life just to translate and try to stay polite.
What personal information am I asking? I’m asking you standard questions as to what issue you are having. Where are you being forced to change your character name? If it is when you are transferring to a new realm, that would be because someone on the realm you are trying to move to has that name already… however you don’t have to pay for that it should simply have you pick a new name. If you are wanting to pay for a name change to try and get the old name, that isn’t going to work as the old name is in use by another account and wouldn’t be available.
The confusion here is that no one seems to understand what the name change is about.

im more looking into a perma ban then getting help there, so im out ! sorry if you get me wrong into some points but make yourself in my skin and the other vanilla/bc players that use to make that game great… because lets be honnest wow is like one of the only online game left with no all toxic and degradent people, we work as hard as moderator to help people into de game if not more !!we build guild and take noob from scratch making them proplayer! I coached many years of 3k+ arena and let me tell you that I never show anyone how to quit the game, or even think about it, I was making their experience better to enjoy it as possible as I do.So to me… to get a link how to unsubribe by a blizzard employee…when you finnaly reach a way to talk to one rather than giving you the best he can and make you DONT want to quit, he just decided to ignore half of my saying and then send me the only easy way to just get out of it. I decided either than pay for the name change, to switch into the realm that my cousin is playing on ! then we could be togheter and Ill keep my name that way on other server wich ive took my name on that realm with my other btag account till I get mine unlocked to secure it. and delete the alt take the name on my acc! The original server is Tichondrius wanted to switch into Stormriver wich is Tich is full server and Storm : medium low server…

it all happen yesterday, when I was pulling what ever boss on dung that use to drop a dagger, like something or someone was litteraly waiting for it… i got screenshot and people that can claim what I say. when I turn my computer back on after the “non ddos” and even in my interface lobby… my character had a week ago tmog into him, I used to log in the game and everything went normal… but the group kiled boss, looted 3 dagger all togheter… for a total of 4 time in 6 hours, all of them being on dung even before I could do my first open as a rogue so I took the night off, try to claim the free character transfert later wich never worked if getting our mount on the ground was an option I would had do just to play. So after getting rid of my 15 years object collection, unique items and untreadable, delete them i needed mainly now that I asked on a ticket I got a 2 days approx time waiting on my only lvl 60 character but with no email, no ticket no nothing ! and before you ask, no I didnt visit any other website. And STILL I tried on here, to have me telling… help yourself or quit ! we dont mind it. Even the dude spent 15 years and you can even immagine how much $ I put into it if my smurf was sit at 12k usd… that OUR problems, is yours not ours. lol

I think they are having an issue with getting d/c during a boss fight and feels like it is a ddos.

After experiencing that, they decided to transfer off Tichondrius and go to Stormrage, but the free transfer is not working for them.

They do not seem to be able get a response from a ticket or an email from Blizzard.

Is claiming that their 15 years and thousands of $$ spent isn’t worth Blizzard’s time.
I think that is the gist of what they are saying. (probably a bit more though)

If this is accurate, I’m fairly certain Stormrage is still a high-pop realm (wasn’t it one of the Big Three that were having issues with A52 and Illidan?) which makes it ineligible for a free transfer.
I’m also not sure if Tichondrius is experiencing consistent, extended log-in queues which is the primary qualifier. I haven’t seen much (if any) mention of it here.

Im area 52 and i dont see a free character option in my shop or even on the app itself in the shop in game all services azre greyed out i cant seem to find where to go to at all do the free transfer
