Can you please open transfers from Bloodsail Buccaneers to any other server? It’s the only RPPVE server and it’s flooded with players that “are just here because no queue” and have no intention of doing RP(It would be different if they didn’t troll every channel)
Really anyone under 40 or so without a mount has no reason not to just reroll if they need to. It takes literally a couple of days to get back to that point playing casually.
Took the transfer from Grobbulus (PST) to Deviate Delight (EST). There was no notification in the transfer offer of the different time zone. Is there any way we can shift back to a PST realm? I don’t care what kind of realm, I’m just regretting taking the offer.
Getting to 40 takes anywhere from 4-6 days /played for most people. So if they’re playing casually, that’s likely a few weeks of real time.
A far cry from “literally a couple of days”

so how many of these free transfers are off of the streamer controlled servers? guess people got tired of their nonsense of not being able to enjoy them without being hounded by the streamers lemming army
I must say this was completely unfair. I started on Whitemane, then to bigglesworth then to a new server Anathema.
Allowing bigglesworth toons to transfer to Anathema hurt the integrity of the server.
The race to 60 was on for Anathema, and now people from BIggles who were 60 and could have abused raid dungeon hotfix are there.
There was alot going on, for each new server, and allowing transfers from populated realms was not the way to go.
The way to go was open up those new servers and allow transfers to those Brand new servers, because those servers open with the Caveat of being Xfer servers. But opening Anathema 4-5 days ago then giving people a chance to transfer who had a week ahead was simply not fair to those of us here. Nor is this fair for any server like this.
We rolled Anathema and leveled up, restarting our toons and forming our own community. We have more than enough players if even 80% quit to hold over 3k of the original vanilla server pop. This was simply not the way to go. Everyone who started on a new server did so sacrficing their original toons on the new server.
I guess that’s a write off for any guild that planned on taking advantage of moving with the entirety of their community.

Please allow NA to Oceanic servers. I am on Bigglesworth but I am not going to move NA to NA.
Seriously defeats the point of having a fresh server when we have transfers coming into netherwind. Thanks A lot blizz. Feels Bad.
BTW Character transfers weren’t in Vanilla #NoChanges. I guess I’ll be the one rerolling to a server that doesn’t have transfers instead of the people sitting in que Rerolling on a less populated server…

How many characters can I transfer for free? I have 2 level 30s but can’t find anywhere saying if it is one character free or not.

Maybe for some people. For me, my friends chose to stay on Herod and i couldn’t stand the queue time and moved to Thunderfury which has a high pop but never a queue. Giving them the option to move to a specific server hasn’t made it any easier for us to play together without starting over.
Pretty much anyone thinking about Transferring really think about it. I jumped on board after going to log in and being faced with a two hour long que. After logging in I was pretty excited, I invited my buddy and went to SM to try and make a group to do some dungeons. I was literally unable to do so, after using world and general chat for about 40 minutes I was left with nothing else to do but go quest. No one would reply, mostly because there were less than 15 people in the zone. The realm is a ghost town, there were maybe a 1000 people on today. I get the server is brand new and hopefully in time it will get better, but I am faced with the same problem I was trying to escape waiting. So you can either wait in que, or wait for these servers get populated. The easy solution would be the 5-10k extra players just moved over so the realm filled up and everyone had the experience they want, but that is unlikely. So Blizzard if you are reading this, urge more people to fill these realms, and if the realms don’t get filled please add at least paid character transfers so I can go back.

Yepp, its a transfer servive only for allowing people to avoid queues. Its not to help people play together.
If you are on different servers but want to play together there is no service for you other than re-rolling on the same server. Same for everybody.

As long as you have characters on a transferable realm and no mail or other things that would prevent a transfer, you can transfer as many as are on a realm that allows it.
Days in game. Which takes a couple weeks.

You Know It Seems to me alot of People are Just never Satisfied first it is well the servers are way to Full we want Free Transfers Blizzard Does this But now the one People Went to is now to Empty Seems like a No win Situation for Blizzard here
