Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Free Action Potion: The buff from this potion can no longer be dispelled or taken via Spellsteal.
It needs vaulted, its OP as hell and people just spam them cause they are dirt cheap.
It makes WSG unplayable because everybody has them and spams them.
Vault them and good riddance.

it never made sense to me that a consumed potion would be dispellable in the first place
