All you do is talk to them and select the dialogue option and you get +10 knowledge!
These aren’t quests or anything, just hidden little things. I imagine they exist for every profession, so keep track of any NPC you see as a “master”

Tried it but got no dialog. Maybe you need a certain level first.
Yes, level 25 before you can start applying knowledge items or get the convo with the npc. Just tested myself at 20 then levelled it up to 25 and it worked

Weird, I went to Grekka and she said she was off duty and offered nothing. I’ve never talked to her before.
