She apparently ditched the role after feeling the heat of the 500-employee Zoom meeting on the 23rd. Very quietly, as people didn’t know she had when they requested she do so in an open letter dated the 26th.
She seems not to have done a terribly effective job as Compliance Officer, if the Feds as well as California are investigating employment violations.
Union-busting lawyers “investigating”, this specialist in squashing whistle-blowers still apparently in her Compliance job - the alleged measures to improve matters aren’t really looking especially convincing.
Townsend “believes in doing what’s right for the Network" then she should probably stay away from it.

Because the sad truth is big corps and politicians are and have been tied together for a while. They “lobby” to get special treatment and Fran prob has alot of Doj connections. Bobby ain’t stupid there is a reason you hire establishment career Doj employees.
There is some very evil people in this world who are deserving of stuff like that tbh. Murderers, people who commit serious sex crimes. Terrorists. People who prey children.
