Hey, so is anyone else having framerate issues? I have an RTX 2070 Super and a Ryzen 9 3900x, before the pre-patch hit I was getting well over 100fps. Once the pre-patch hit, it reset all my settings to a 7 and now I’m stuck at 59fps. No matter where I go, its always 59fps. Anyone else having a similar issue?
Check settings- they were capped upon login after the patch. Also v-sync contributes.
Ya i removed all caps for framerate but still nothing.
I specifically came here to search for this issue - I’m noticing much more choppy framerate in some areas than others. Updated Nvidia GeForce driver and it still isn’t working, whereas before prepatch I was able to run everything high-ultra at 60+ 
Disable v-sync seems to be the problem for most.
I went from 100 to 60, and I’ve seen others mention it too.
