Can someone please take a look at the Fractured Spark of Starlight turn in? I have received my first Fractured Spark of Starlight, but the NPC with the quest to turn in does NOT provide a 2nd Fractures Spark of Starlight on my alts.
same, is there even a quest to get a second one? people are saying the guy next to the catalyst but i’m not seeing one
Same issues as others here. Received one fractured spark of starlight. Turned in purple triangle quest at forge next to the catalyst but still have only one fractured spark. Done just about all content this week searching for the other to no avail. Looking for solution as being a craft behind is kinda a big deal
I did everything possible on two toons. The first toon has 2 fractured sparks, the second toon only has 1. Meanwhile the first toon has 3 keys and the second has 4. How does that make sense?

I also have this issue. My main received 2 sparks, my alt did not - I’ve done multiple weeklies, multiple delves, opened multiple pinnacle chests, and completed the purple triangle quest.
Same problem here. One character has 2 sparks one only got 1 despite completing the quest.
Have you done the 100 disc fragments quest on your second character? I think that’s where I got my other spark.
Have done 100 Disc frags, the weekly quests in DG and in Karesh, all M0, and enough delves for a full vault. Still one frag.
My main has 2 frags and did have a quest at the catalyst. My 1st alt had a quest that only gave a couple of gold. My other alts have no quest at the catalyst at all.
Finally just got it from a delve. So it’s just really low RNG I guess. Still no quest at the catalyst though so we’ll see how long it takes for the other alts.
Can’t be low RNG. My alt got it right away yesterday when I did two objectives that gave a spark. First character I did the two objectives it gave a half a spark and the second one said I was not eligible to receive because I already had. I’m not sure if they added a second spark of starlight later or what.
I think they fixed something with today’s maintenance. I went into Undermine and did 3 trash piles and got a half spark from that chest.
Meanwhile I have a few more alts that got their two halves within 30 minutes. Something was definitely broken before today.
My tracker shows 2/2 but i definitely have zero and have not crafted at all this week.
Currency tracker shows 1/2, weekly quests (checked out at a pvp quest giver) shows I’ve received it, and the catalyst dude doesnt have a quest at all. Stuck at 1/2 here as well.
Good news, something weird just happened.
I had 1 spark. currency tab says 1/2. i have no more weekly left to turn in. was going to do more delves for rng drop and was complaining to a friend while reading the forum and some one said they found it in their bank. I got nothing to lose so I went to my bank. No new sparks in there. Check my currency tab, now it shows 2/2… super confused. Looked in my bag, and sure enough it magically appeared, now I have 2/2.
4 of my chars were 2/2 for this week but my main was 1/2 the entire week.
After checking wowhead’s comment, someone mentioned he managed to get his 2nd spark doing the weekly quest More Than Just a Phase in K’Aresh. Even if the quest has been done by the warbound, and it onyl show Resonance Crystals as a reward, try to do the quests still, I managed to find my 2nd while completing this quest.
Prior to that I did without success : 10x delves +8 / 8x m0 dungeon / All the weeklies quest but the one mentioned
