Fractured Sparks not dropping

Are we going to get acknowledgement that there is an issue with fractured sparks? Or should I just assume that crafting is off the table this season? This is getting ridiculous.

I’m still having this issue as well:

On this character there have been 2 weeks now where I have not received a Fractured Spark of Fortunes.

Currently I am only at 2 full sparks and 0 half sparks whereas everyone else is at a minimum of 3 full sparks.

I have already opened multiple tickets and been essentially advised they can’t do anything.

A few things to note:

  • I have already completed the one time quest “A Golden Circumstance” which awards the free half spark
  • I have already completed the one time quest to turn in a half spark for a full spark
  • I have completed the Pinnacle Cache weekly quest from Faerin Lothar each week and also numerous other end game content. Pretty much everything that gives a cache, mythic plus, normal/heroic/mythic raid, etc…
  • I have also checked my inventory, bank, and warbound bank

Keep making new post about the issue and hopefully they will actually do something.

When people got behind half a spark because of other people exploiting, they were VERY quick to fix it to make it “fair”

They clearly don’t even know this is an issue and probably think we’re lying about it or something.

I agree, it’s very frustrating. I don’t understand why when we made support tickets they are not able to submit bug reports on our behalf. They have the resources to verify and see that we are behind on sparks, so it’s not even like they have to take our word for it. They just need to do their job instead of making the customer jump through hoops to maybe get their issue looked at.

It’s just been a never ending decline in customer service from Blizzard, particularly after Activision acquired them. Not saying it’s the workers fault but it’s definitely the company’s fault for getting rid of the level of customer service we used to receive.

It’s been almost an entire week since I’ve had this issue and more for others… KEEP ON POSTING PEOPLE or they wont acknowledge this. We need information and we need it now.

Yeah it’s been almost 3 weeks for me.

That is awful and truly unacceptable… It’s only been a week for me and I am very annoyed. I can not imagine how bad it is missing more than one. Here we are begging for acknowledgment about this GAME BREAKING BUG with our fingers crossed they aren’t just pretending it does not exist because they cant fix it.

Very happy I found this post I thought I was taking crazy pills, I’ve done weekly events, raid bosses, delves, mythic+, world bosses and nothing in my pinnacle cache’s. Blizzard HAVE to fix this.

So luckily this isn’t a bug that puts us in a permanent capped state. Looks like I am eligible for another fractured spark after reset, but I am still short 2.

The GMs are refusing to restore them.

Upon completing today’s 100 titan disc fragments quest this issue seems to have resolved. Make sure you complete this quest before doing any content that would yield a catch up spark such as raids or keys.

You are still a spark fragment behind are you not? I also was able to get a fragment from the pinnacle cache this week but my catchup spark is not dropping… So i am sitting at 6/7 fragments.

It’s not going to work. I expect to get the weekly spark this week - for the first time - based on the output from /dump C_CurrencyInfo.GetCurrencyInfo(3132)

I will NOT be caught up through playing the game. Blizzard needs to get it together and finally resolve this.

Update: the GMs just closed all my tickets and told me they reviewed everything and that I am not missing any sparks. I just unsubbed and uninstalled. I am not returning until it is resolved. I recommend you all do the same.

I have the same issue except my alt is stuck at 2 fractured sparks. I think I may have messed up by combining the 2 to make 1 overall spark before doing the “A Sparkling Fortune” quest so now I’m stuck at 1 full spark. Since then I have opened about 7 pinnacle chests and chests you get from doing the weekly quests like the awakening thing, the radiant thing in Hallowfall, done about 6 delves but no 3rd fractured spark so I cant complete the “A Sparkling Fortune” quest to get my 2nd spark so I can upgrade my bow which is still 619.

I’m running out of keys for delves and pinnacle caches, where else can I get them so I can get my 3rd fractured and finish that “Sparkling Fortune” quest that gives you one so that I can finally upgrade my bow? Or should I just give up till next week? Is it worth opening a ticket or will it be ignored? Or should I just forget about upgrading my bow and upgrade an Adventurer bow I found instead. Thanks for any responses!

If you’re behind, there is no point opening a ticket at this point. I don’t think Blizzard intends on fixing it unfortunately. You’re just going to have to wait until season 3 to be caught up.

Thanks, that’s what I figured…they don’t seem to be that interested in anything that doesn’t affect the people chasing world firsts and streaming and things like that :worried:

Yup, my guess is there very bad working system and they prolly are focusing on something else and not having employee to fix current stuff (except Kujo LoS tricks lol).

Prolly safe to say we have not a lot of chance to see of spark back cause it was only for some bad luck people at the wrong time and we cannot reproduce the bug.

So I changed my mind and decided I want to put a ticket in on the off chance someone will respond to me. I’m having difficulty in opening one however. I tried in game and it is very hard to actually get to the point where you can type in your problem but I managed to do it but when I clicked Submit it just kind of hangs there. So I tried to do it on the Battle.net website and the same thing is happening:

Has anyone had any issues with putting in a ticket recently?

I’m at the point where I’m about to just stop playing this toon, it’s moving from a fun experience to a frustrating experience :expressionless:
