I’m hard stuck on 1.5 Sparks of Fortune. Why can’t they fix this???

Posting here as an update: people, including myself, got the missing spark fragment from the spark PvP quest.
2 halves behind also after this morning, Thought I just got unlucky last week and didn’t earn one since it seems RNG what caches give it to you. Guess not.

Sadly I can confim that the PvP quest is not a guaranteed fix either, as I have just completed it and still missing my half-spark from this week. Thanks Blizzard!
Unfortunately, it seems like the only solution to this is create a fresh character or unsubscribe.
My god please just fix this why is it a problem every week
I’m having the same problem here. I also opened a ticket and they said they were aware but couldn’t act now so as not to hinder the investigation. What am I supposed to do? I’m left without.
Also experiencing this same issues, I made two different tickets and the first one pointed me to see if I opened the Pinnacle Cache (which I did) and then also check for the quest for the Spark (also done). The second one, after dialing in on the issue because I also did not get the Delver’s Bounty or many of my daily Undermine quests until after relogging and choosing to settle for the Spark, told me to make a bug report and that there were others that were affected. So they are aware of the issue, it appears to be a matter of getting it resolved.
THE PVP QUEST DID IT FOR ME THANK YOU SO MUCH! I now have the correct 6 fractured sparks total!
Did you try the Surge Pricing quest too? I saw someone said they completed that one and got it (I did it and didn’t get one but the PVP quest did, 
)
I’ve done the same. I seem to be hard stuck at 4 fractured sparks. One ticket did result in support giving me a fractured spark via in-game mail…but at that point I was down two fractured sparks, not just one. Now they seem to refuse to acknowledge that I’m behind, telling me yesterday that my character had received all six fractured sparks even though I know for 100% certainty that I haven’t… even though the sixth was only made available yesterday and at the time the GM told me I had received all six, I had yet to do any weeklies at all. So, that’s just impossible.
And of course, later last night when I actually did the weeklies, I didn’t get a spark. So still hard stuck at 4 fractured.
Can confirm! Doing Sparks of War: The Ringing Deeps gave me my 1/2 spark. I was one of the ones logged in before reset and didn’t get the 1/2 spark. So give that a try!
Sparks of War quest did indeed fix the issue for myself as well.
To answer your question, I did the Surge Pricing quest, the Theater event, and full cleared heroic, did 4 M+ at 10+ levels, did 4 Delves. I did a LOT. None of that worked. Only the PvP Spark of War quest worked. I think a lot of the people who got their spark fragment from other sources probably were already behind.
