FPS stutters when druid shapeshifting

I am having very noticeable FPS stutters when i shapeshift into cat, bear and treant forms. It is getting really annoying when shapeshifting in m+ keys. I looked it up online and it is a known issue. Others said it has something to do with the spells on the action bars. When they removed the spells from the action bar, the stutter was significantly reduced. Honestly makes me want to just quit lol

Do a full UI reset and possibly even the advanced dropdown as well:

Resetting your UI to default settings can resolve various display and interface issues. Before performing these steps, please temporarily uninstall any addon management software you are using. Addon managers will re-sync the data cleared by these steps.

  1. Completely exit World of Warcraft.
  2. Uninstall any addon managers to make sure they don’t re-add your removed addons.
  3. In the Blizzard Battle.net desktop application, click Options (the cogwheel next to Play button) and select Show in Explorer (Windows®) or Reveal in Finder (Mac®).
  4. Open the World of Warcraft® folder.
  5. Open the folder for the game version you’re troubleshooting (retail, classic_era, or classic)
  6. Rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld, and WTFOld.
  7. Re-launch World of Warcraft so the changes can take effect.

If you continue to have errors, an addon or macro may have changed a console variable. You can reset this by typing the following command into your in-game chat box and pressing enter. You may receive a permission error, but the command will still work.

Note: This will reset any variations in console commands to the default.

/console cvar_default

I just did all that and the problem still persists. I also removed all the abilities from my bars and the problem goes away. It has something to do with the spells on the action bars.
