Ever since the prepatch update I have gone from 120 average FPS to 10-15 average FPS. I have gone through every single post, suggestion, work around possible and nothing seems to aid my problem. I also thought it may be the NVIDIA drivers as well. If I uninstall and reinstall my drivers every single time I turn my computer on, I can get 125 FPS for about 2 minutes then it suddenly drops to 25 FPS. I am at my wits end and unsure of what to do!

I have flushed my DNS, Restarted my router, Updated all windows systems, uninstalled and reinstalled WoW itself, same with my drivers. Turned off add ons, adjusted all and any graphics settings in WoW, messed with my power settings.
Can anyone please help me out?
