I am typically running around anywhere from 60-100 FPS until a few days ago. It remains on 29 FPS.

I have ran Diagnostics, Task Manager, Checked Settings, Run Repairs, Updated all drivers, etc, and did an entire reset on my PC. It remains 29 FPS.

I have a pretty great PC, I have taken care of it. I do not have a 3070 but have a 2070. I run graphics on 7/10, as 10 is a slight choppy but I have even place my settings on the lowest possible settings, same result.

I have ran Blizzard’s recommendations on troubleshooting this issue.

When will this be fixed? This is not an issue on my end but Blizzard’s.

Did you try the command for limiting the shader cache, as well as foreground and background fps?

Yes, I have. Last week I was running 100FPS but then it dropped to 29 and will not go above it.
