I have been on a wow break and just came back and noticed very bad fps drop/stuttering when left clicking to turn character. Then every 10-20 seconds I just get random fps drops for a split second. I did upgrade to windows 11 not too long ago and am wondering if that has anything to do it with. I have well enough built pc to run the game on max settings no problem before.

This is the exact same issue I am having!
If you recently updated the operating system, make sure to remove and reinstall the drivers, or any other apps to insure compatibility.

Yup I have done it all. Bios/Firmware. Used DDU to uninstall my gpu driver and do a clean install again. Removed all addons and curseforge to prevent them from reinstalling, renamed folders. Uninstalled all versions of wow and reinstalled…still the same issue on every version..
