Started up my computer this morning and I randomly lose 40 fps at random moments, happens in Oribos, Dungeons, and Raids. Tried turning down my graphics and it still occurs. I 've found other forums in complaint of this as well. If its not a game issue why would all the sudden I lose fps? 1070 8gb Graphics card. 16gb DDR4. I7-7700k Intel 5.2ghz
