FPS Drops in instanced areas....even The Timeways

Ive made some tests and recorded some evidence. This surely looks like an internal engine issue. Restarting the game fixes it

Abandon the quest “Sharing a Bountiful Feast”, it was causing this issue for me.

Game FPS Drops globally after crossing the portal room

Whole game drops to <40 FPS sometimes on places it normally runs at 140, seems to be fixed with a game reload and probably with a /console gxrestart. I’ve noticed this has a big chance to trigger when crossing the dungeon portal room. After triggered, the whole game runs at low FPS on any zone At first I thought it was a computer issue, then I tried running stress tests (Furmark, Heaven) and no issue.
