FPS Drop from 1080 Ti to 4080

Hey everyone! So, I built a new PC and was borrowing my friend’s 1080 Ti. I just bought an MSI 4080 Gaming X and installed it this morning. Surprisingly, my FPS went from 90-100 at ultra settings to 60-70. I didn’t change any other settings other than installing the new card and updating the drivers.

I’m not exactly sure what else I can check. My CPU is sitting at 20% usage. Honestly, I was hoping to achieve insane FPS numbers (150+) with this setup. Any thoughts?

recheck the settings mine change sometimes when I update the drivers or when blizzard updates the game

I actually have the nearly the same settings and have similar frames. In Valdraken on near ultra @ 1440p my frames can drop as low as 40. Very concerned actually. Done my benchmarking and the Pc seems to be performing where it should be.
