I agree. The Vulpine Familiar can fly; would love to have the Crimson Glimmerfur able to fly too (also, armour customization; I wanna put a saddle on him like the Vulpine Familiar, although maybe not the same saddle).

It really is time to stop making mounts that can’t fly.

OR they can make a mount equip- “Pixie Dust” - that allows any mount to fly similar to the horses that can fly.
Can you imagine the Brutosaur flying ?

This is a fine idea. The pvp courser mounts just run through the air and it looks decent, no special animations need to be added.

Your comment reminded me of the Stag Party from 4 years ago. How time flies. Personally I want that war fox myself. So excited to work on earning that through rated Blitz. I gotta wait and be patient for now though. Gratz to OP.
