Give hunters the playstyle we used to have in Survival, prior to Legion(a modern version of it).

This post is about the idea of adding what was RSV + modern design applications, as a 4th spec option for the class. The concept has been updated to fit the philosophies and changes to the design of classes in general for Dragonflight.
