Is nova world buffs broken or is there actually four layers now?
The addon is broken. This has been talked about in other threads.
Some addons incorrectly report more than 2 layers.
In response, a blue post from Blizzard said that no realm has more than 2 layers, and no more than 2 layers are planned for any realm.
