Boss Lasers is a semi-hardcore progression raiding guild on US-Zul’jin Horde that is centered around fully clearing content while it is current.
We want intelligent and active players who are eager to progress through the new content as soon as it’s available. We want players who are able to be a part of the team; that involves:

Attending virtually all the raids

Min/maxing

Bringing consumables

Making sure you are up to date on all your classes’ developments, as well as the game’s developments and upcoming changes
We’re a very active guild, even outside of raids. Guild Members are constantly organizing alt runs, mythic+ groups, PvP/Arena, etc.

Blarg Squad is on Illidan and looking to enjoy mythic progression, with players who come prepared to execute and have a good time. We are looking for teammates, people who want to be part of a thriving and active team that builds relationships together - not a show up for a raid-logging environment. Guild Leadership has raid experience from Vanilla through current, including past server firsts, with the goal to achieve CE in a timely manner.
Play the class you enjoy and the spec you enjoy. We expect you will put in the time to complete content, mythic plus, and weekly requirements for your SL Covenant. For raid, put in the effort to know the fights and mechanics and own up to your errors and work on them. It’s progression for a reason after all. Understand as well, our RL will put the best in for progression, period.
The guild provides cauldrons and feasts at raids, however, we expect you to bring health and mana pots, dps pots, oils, your extra flask if you are not alchemy, and armor kits.

We raid 2 nights! 
We’re on the Alliance side of US-Stormrage! 
Wednesdays and Sundays from 8:30p-11:00p! 
OMG! We want a monk! 
Our dps have been swimming in their own tears without their beloved monk buff. You’d be an instant celebrity! On the flip side, we have a number of shaman, which is great for gear sharing, but not so much for raid diversity.
We don’t have a boomkin. So this could also work (and we won’t tell the melee about your monk char).
All joking about monks aside, we are looking for long term raiders and recognize that asking someone to play something that they are not passionate about is a quick way to push them toward burn out. As such, IF we get to talking, then we can talk about what will work best for you and for the guild.
A bit more about us…
Overall, we are a friendly bunch and our RL/GM, Shadizar, is level-headed. He has high-end raiding and guild-leading experience going back all the way to Vanilla. He also has a lot of leadership experience in his professional career. As such, he sees his role as a maintainer of atmosphere as well as a gatherer/distributer of WoW knowledge.
We look to clear heroic each tier as soon as possible and then push as far into mythic as we can. We love the challenge that mythic brings, but don’t necessarily have the time to push and guarantee CE. The reduced schedule (5hrs/wk) is our way of balancing our WoW passions and RL responsibilities.
We also like to run M+ with some of our members pushing past 20.

I am Gm/RL of the Exclusive Outcasts on Kel’Thuzad. We are an alliance guild
Casual mythic prog guild/ AOTC guild.
We raid Wednesdays and Thursdays as of right now. Sometimes we switch to Tuesday to fit schedules. We are 9/10 heroic, 1/10 Mythic in the Sanctum of Domination! We are in need of raiders right now! We have lost a quite of few people to classic and have some people stepping away from the game right now. We are looking for tanks, healers and DPS! We need it all!
As of right now we have consistently have 2-3-9 to 2-4-12. We have one of our DPS mains as tank right now. Current needs:
